Shipping & Returns

Since small items are the most popular things we sell, most items usually work well shipped with the USPS and their Priority boxes fit most of what we offer. The USPS First Class mailing option (13 oz. or less) also works well for light items and is pretty quick, coming close to the speed of Priority delivery. USPS Express also works well if you're in a hurry but note it's a 1 to 2 day service, not always guaranteed overnight. If you have to have it overnight, check the calculator first to see if it's going to make it. Note too we don't ship every week day so if you're in a hurry for an item, make sure to let us know that. Also for multiple items or heavy items, we sometimes will go with FedEx Ground as well.  Although FedEx Overnight costs more than USPS Express, it's a more reliable option if you absolutely have to have it next day. we have had lots of problems in the past with UPS so have no plans in offering their services at this time but if that changes, we'll add the option to the site.

Also note on international we ONLY ship USPS Express. The reason is we have to ship with tracking and insurance and Express only costs a little more than Priority so is worth the extra. We don't ship UPS or FedEx international since they require too much time consuming paperwork and cost much more that the postal service.

NOTE IF YOUR ORDER INCLUDES A PART THAT'S OUT OF STOCK OR BACK ORDERED THAT WILL DELAY YOUR ORDER SINCE WE SHIP COMPLETE. IF YOU WANT IN STOCK PARTS SHIPPED WHILE YOU WAIT ON BACK ORDERED ITEMS, LET US KNOW AND WE'LL SHIP SEPARATELY (EXTRA CHARGES MAY APPLY).

For our Australia and New Zealand customers, we know shipping to you guys can be expensive so to help with that, if your order is over $200 use the coupon code AU or NZ (depending on location) to get 15% off your order (may be restrictions - see our conditions page for full terms).
