For a while now we've been rebuilding Superchargers for Sea Doo 4TEC 4 stroke PWCs and Boats. Our shop only uses OEM tools and procedures for rebuilds and disassembles/assembles every type properly using a hydraulic press (no hammer gets near your supercharger). For checking slip moment we use a digital torque gauge that reads peak torque and it is very accurate for measuring slip. All rebuilt units include the slip value before/after rebuild for your records. We also try and stock all of the most current oem rebuild kits (the only kits we'll use). When assembling the clutch we also use the proper Isoflex grease which is the only product that should be used when assembling a Sea Doo supercharger clutch. As for prices, our parts are always cheaper than oem (even our oem parts!) and most other aftermarket parts as well. If you're interested in sending in a supercharger for possible rebuild, here's how it works...

If interested in our rebuild service, you would purchase this $80 service contract through the site then once complete we'll e-mail you instructions on sending your supercharger in for a repair quote. The $80 covers labor for disassembly/assembly of your supercharger and return shipping. Once we receive your supercharger and see what we have to work with, we would email you a rebuild quote which would basically be links to purchase parts from OSD for the rebuild. For a supercharger, the only part that's usually needed is an oem rebuild kit that usually runs around $300. Once you've completed purchase of the parts needed for the rebuild, any parts not in stock (we try and stock SC kits) will promptly be ordered in then the repair will be completed using this $80 to cover labor and return shipping & handling. The completed supercharger will be shipped back to you using the shipping method of our choice. Any damaged/worn parts not used in the rebuild will be tossed in the scrap. If you choose not to rebuild, we would keep half of the service estimate ($40) for labor and return shipping of your parts via USPS and refund you the other half ($40).

Note too the site might charge a small shipping fee on this $80 contract so disregard that. If it does we'll refund anything charged over $80. It's a glitch in the site we haven't worked out yet.

Instructions for Removing the Supercharger

Note we also occasionally get requests for people wanting us to install parts they buy from other online sources. We’ll tell you now we won’t do that since we’ve found aftermarket rebuild kits to be inferior to OEM.

Note occasionally we may find damage to a supercharger not related to normal wear (broken bolts, damaged races/surfaces, etc) that will take extra labor to repair. If that happens we may ask for extra labor to be ordered at the time parts for the repair are purchased.
