Offered here is a good used pump housing (not actual one that is pictured) to fit most all 1996-2002 boats and PWCs that used the small hub 140mm plastic housing. This plastic/bronze housing is far superior to the all plastic 295500429 housing used on newer models due to its much more durable bronze center section. It's also a great replacement for the older aluminum housingis since the plastic outer part doesn't get stuck on the studs like aluminum housings tend to do.
It will also fit 1988-1995 models provided you use a OSD adapter kit.

As for how these are processed, we first take a used housing and inspect for any damage. Then we bead blast and clean it.(SORRY COMPRESSOR ISN'T WORKING) Note this housing is a bare one with no bearings or wear ring installed. If you want any of those parts order in optional extras. If you want us to assemble you a pump with your impeller or one bought from us, just select the labor charge in the optional extras and make sure you select all the parts needed for a pump assembly too. NOTE AT THIS TIME THE ONLY SHIPPING CALCULATOR WE HAVE ACTIVATED IS FOR USPS PRIORITY AND EXPRESS. WE ACTUALLY NORMALLY SHIP HEAVY ITEMS LIKE PUMP KITS FEDEX TO CUSTOMERS IN THE CONTINENTAL U.S.A. SO THAT WILL BE LESS THAN THE CALCULATOR SAYS. ONCE YOU'VE PURCHASED ONE OF THESE AND WE SHIP, WE WILL REFUND ANY OVERPAYMENT ON S&H.

NOTE WE BUILD THESE AS ORDERED SO TAKE THAT INTO CONSIDERATION BEFORE PURCHASE. DEPENDING ON HOW BACKED UP WE ARE, IT CAN TAKE UP TO A WEEK TO GET ONE OF THESE BUILT AND READY TO SHIP.

TECH TIP...
If you're installing an impeller on a Sea Doo, don't follow the manual when it calls for red loctite on the threads... use anti-sieze instead. That way if you want to take it apart again you can. We've built hundreds of pumps now with anti-seize and it works great!
