*PARTS SEARCH*

We don't have a way for you to look up oem parts yet but you can use the parts search HERE to get part numbers then use the OSD search to see if we have what you need. If the part doesn't show contact us and we'll add any parts not listed to our site (if not discontinued).
If a part shows "0" in stock...
When searching our site, you may notice out of stock parts. Parts not in big demand aren't kept on hand but we can usually get any out of stock item in quick. On our OSD parts (will have OSD in the title) and aftermarket parts we can usually have those here in 2-3 days once ordered. On most OEM parts those take about a week to get in. If you want one disregard any "0" quantities and order for quick service!

Offered now is our Steering Column Refurb Kit that consists of a set of OEM grips along with a BlackTip zip on steering cover (both in black). This is a great addition if your grips are worn and steering cover is weathered.
BlackTip handlebar covers install directly over the factory cover and require no tools for installation. They zip up the side with a non corrosive zipper and are easily removable for cleaning. It's as easy as putting on a jacket and features the cool BlackTip logo on the front (if you don't want the logo showing, install with logo facing down). The covers are a great upgrade and add that custom look. They also work well if your year/models cover has been discontinued.
The OEM grips include all hardware and end caps for mounting. Only tools required are a small screwdriver to pop your caps off then a 10mm socket/ratchet to remove/install the retaining bolts.

  • Includes One (1) BlackTip Cover
  • Includes One (1) NEW OEM Grip Set with Hardware
  • New cover installs over Sea Doo P/N 277000186 277000255 277000257 277000333 277000484 277000500 oem covers.

If you've bought one of our carb kits, a great page by GroupK that details the procedures for carb fine tuning can be found HERE

TECH TIP...
If you're installing an impeller on a Sea Doo, don't follow the manual when it calls for red loctite on the threads... use anti-sieze instead. That way if you want to take it apart again you can. We've built hundreds of pumps now with anti-seize and it works great!
