Over time Sea Doo carbs get corrosion and internal problems that finally make replacement necessary. Offered now is a new oem Mikuni carb set up for use with carb sets that utilize an excelerator pump and this MAG side carb is the one that has the fuel pump on it. If your Sea Doo doesn't have the accelerator pump carb set, some rejetting and adjustment would be needed to make this carb work. Additionally, this carb is a new design superior to the original in the fact that it incorporates plastic bushings between the carb mount bolts and carb body. That means no more problems with corroded bolts preventing you from removing the set for routine service.
  • Includes one (1) oem Mikuni carb set up with Main Jetting of 140 and Pilot Jet is 67.5. The carb also has a 1.5 needle valve with 95gr spring and the oem popoff setting spec is 36-40psi. Once installed you'll need to properly adjust/tune for your application. If different jet sizes and/or needle valve springs are needed, I also stock most sizes as well.
  • Includes one (1) carb base gasket.

TECH TIP...
If you're installing an impeller on a Sea Doo, don't follow the manual when it calls for red loctite on the threads... use anti-sieze instead. That way if you want to take it apart again you can. We've built hundreds of pumps now with anti-seize and it works great!
