*PARTS SEARCH*

We don't have a way for you to look up oem parts yet but you can use the parts search HERE to get part numbers then use the OSD search to see if we have what you need. If the part doesn't show contact us and we'll add any parts not listed to our site (if not discontinued).
If a part shows "0" in stock...
When searching our site, you may notice out of stock parts. Parts not in big demand aren't kept on hand but we can usually get any out of stock item in quick. On our OSD parts (will have OSD in the title) and aftermarket parts we can usually have those here in 2-3 days once ordered. On most OEM parts those take about a week to get in. If you want one disregard any "0" quantities and order for quick service!

Offered now is a complete Sea Doo seal carrier repair kit that works on the models listed below. With an oem seal carrier assembled to current specs with the seals they call for, you can't see the grease escape and that's also the case with most aftermarket ones. Note also most aftermarket carriers use two 267000094 seals and that's a bad idea since pumping in too much grease can blow out a seal then you have to take the shaft out to fix it. You need to use seals in your carrier that let grease escape once full. I've assembled this new kit using oem Sea Doo parts with the addition of a different seal on the engine side. Once you install, the assembled carrier is similar to oem in the fact that you have the superior sealing of the 267000094 seal on the pump (water) side but with the addition of a spring assisted single lip seal on the engine side so grease can escape there once it's full. Basically, when you pump in grease, excess comes out the weaker single lip seal when full and you'll be able to see it. Also included is a tube of 518 sealant that's needed for properly sealing the seals into the carrier. Besides the benefits of better quality and fit of oem parts, for the work involved with changing one of these it's hard to argue it's not worth spending a little more for the best!
    Includes the following components...
  • 267000094 Seal (most current one) ($16.99 retail)
  • High Quality Single Lip Seal ($14.99 retail)
  • 293350007 Torrington Bearing ($16.99 retail)
  • Loctite 518 or equivalent ($4.99 retail)

Works on the following Sea Doos (maybe others too)

  • ALL SEA DOOS 1989-1995 (EXCEPT XP800)
  • 1996 1997 HX
  • 1996 1997 2002 Explorer

TECH TIP...
If you're installing an impeller on a Sea Doo, don't follow the manual when it calls for red loctite on the threads... use anti-sieze instead. That way if you want to take it apart again you can. We've built hundreds of pumps now with anti-seize and it works great!
