*PARTS SEARCH*

We don't have a way for you to look up oem parts yet but you can use the parts search HERE to get part numbers then use the OSD search to see if we have what you need. If the part doesn't show contact us and we'll add any parts not listed to our site (if not discontinued).
If a part shows "0" in stock...
When searching our site, you may notice out of stock parts. Parts not in big demand aren't kept on hand but we can usually get any out of stock item in quick. On our OSD parts (will have OSD in the title) and aftermarket parts we can usually have those here in 2-3 days once ordered. On most OEM parts those take about a week to get in. If you want one disregard any "0" quantities and order for quick service!

I put this kit together to help people who are doing mods to their engines/carbs and want more fuel. This kit features a Mikuni 16gph fuel pump which flows much better than the stock Sea Doo pump. By adding this kit, you'll eliminate any chance of the carb farthest from the stock pump starving for fuel. The included pump has two outlets for connecting to the carbs and a large diameter fuel inlet as well as the required pulse port. By moving the fuel pump away from the engine, you also have less heating and vibration issues so this kit should help your Sea Doo run better!

Included in the kit is a blockoff plate that fits 38I and 40I carbs and includes gasket and bolts so you can remove the stock pump. If you're using it on a 947 let me know and I'll check on availability of a blockoff plate for that one. Note too Sea Doo uses a restrictor in the return line of the non fuel pump carb in a dual set so you may need to restrict the other carb return line with a jet or other method to properly control the fuel pump pressure to the carbs.

NOTE SINCE THIS KIT IS FOR MODIFIED ENGINES, WE DON'T INCLUDE ANY INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSTALLATION/USE. IF YOU ARE THE MECHANIC, YOU SHOULD KNOW HOW TO INSTALL THIS ONE. IF NOT, ASK YOUR MECHANIC OR TRY THE WWW.PWCTODAY.COM BOARTS FOR FURTHER SUGGESTIONS/INFO ON INSTALLATION.

If you've bought one of our carb kits, a great page by GroupK that details the procedures for carb fine tuning can be found HERE

TECH TIP...
If you're installing an impeller on a Sea Doo, don't follow the manual when it calls for red loctite on the threads... use anti-sieze instead. That way if you want to take it apart again you can. We've built hundreds of pumps now with anti-seize and it works great!
